Eastern Garage Doors is a family-owned, Australian business based in Bayswater with over 25 years of experience. Founders Louise and John started the business after seeing a clear gap in the garage door industry—poor customer service and limited options available to their local community.

GENERAL
Call or email us and we will contact you and organise a time to attend and quote. Once we have attended, our office will send your quote usually within 24 hours. If you wish to proceed, the lead time to install is usually 3–5 weeks.
First, put the garage door opener onto manual and see if it can be lifted by hand. Check to see if there are any visible issues. Call our direct line on (03) 9812 3062 the office staff will endeavour to talk you through some troubleshooting to see if we can get your door working if not, we will organise a time for one of our technicians to attend and fix the problem.

Garage doors are large, heavy, and complex systems that require careful handling and expertise to maintain and repair. Attempting to repair or install a garage door without proper knowledge and tools can lead to further issues and be very unsafe.
