Steve came out two days later, on time and he was brilliant. Retensioning the roller door so that it would go back into it's guides was a major effort and Steve's expertise was on full display. There was no way I could have done that. The installation of the motor was relatively simple. Great service, great price, great company... a rarity these days. I could not recommend Eastern Garage Doors highly enough and will definitely use them again if a problem arises.

100% satisfied. An old B&D 4 was dying by degrees and I got an excellent quote to supply and install a MERLIN unit from EGC. Great price all up included, actually not a lot more than some selling just the hardware on eBay Fantastic communications with Danielle and Georgie getting it all scheduled and installed. SO easy to deal with and so on the ball. Darren came punctually and got it all installed. He troubleshot the old one quickly just to see, but it was beyond all help. We both had a laugh about 30 years we got from it though. He cleaned up spotlessly crushing the boxes neatly into our recycling bin. Showed us how it worked, demonstrated the finer points. Took the old one away to garage door opener graveyard. Company vehicle spotless, Darren well presented, groomed and a safe careful worker. Recommend 100%
